It's nice to see words attached to images. Are you going to put them in balloons? right now they are a bit hard to read, though that could be partly because it's reduced size on screen.

I have found that other people in my life are about as empathetic as barbells--nobody really gives a single fuck how I feel, they'll act as they always have, and excuses are about as useful in lifting a hunk of metal as they are in affecting how other people treat me. Everyone just lives in their own realities.

Scotty's right, Mich, there are people who care; not just about you, but about anybody who is hurt, lonely, depressed, or vulnerable.

I gave morphine every hour for twelve hours to a dying patient of mine today. After an extended period of agonal breathing and the body's last ditch fight to stay alive, she died. Family all present. She was a caring woman. Had to fight tears. Been calloused about death for so long, I was a bit taken aback.
