I've seen some names with spaces, is there anyway for a neophyte such as myself to obtain these precious textual voids?

What form does effective bribery around here take?

Go to the drop-down menu in the top right:

Settings -> Change Display Name -> Enter Display Name

If it doesn't work then I'll change it for you. The username you register with can't have spaces but your display name can be different.

For whatever reason, it is insisting that my display name have no spaces either. When I tried it, all I received was a warning that "The name can only contain these characters: a-zA-Z0-9"
