Occasionally if you try to access Chat you may get an error and a message asking you to notify an administrator. This is not a site problem: Chat is an externally-hosted package and if the server at the other end is experiencing a glitch then the chatroom temporarily becomes inaccessible. If you wait a short while, it will work again.
